**A Snapshot of Your Day**:
As Finance Controller you will be responsible to manage and perform the financial tasks of a business, including performance and operational controlling in SE Portugal Gas Services Business.
**How You’ll Make an Impact**:
- Coordination and management of budgeting/forecasting and actual reporting
- Supporting information requirements from WTS and audits, both internal and external
- Manage and implement Service Agreements with other SE entities worldwide
- Gather and analyze cost reports, allocations, ensuring accuracy of books
- Drive process optimization and digitalization / automation in your area of responsibility and foster continuous improvements to increase e.g. cost transparency and accuracy
- Proactive quality management in reporting and ensure strict compliance with corporate guidelines and standards
- Management and controlling of cost centers
- Evaluation of opportunities and risks from operational business
- Ensure correctness and accuracy of financial figures on a timely basis
- Support with Purchase orders, invoices and month end activities
- Handle delegation of personnel related topics
- Implementation and alignment of SE RE guidelines and principles
- Ensuring compliance with accounting standards
- Support adhoc tasks / requirements
**What You Bring**:
- Good analytical skills, capable of handling large quantities of data.
- The ability to communicate clearly with different levels of partners across the company.
- Proactivity, willingness to learn and team spirit.
- Proficient in English.
- Successfully completed degree in business/finance is advisable.
- Tool-Knowledge: besides the usual office tools; SAP is a plus.
