About the Role
">This Senior Financial Controller position will play a key role in supporting the successful management of our Real Estate operations in Spain and France. As part of the Finance team, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting across multiple countries.
">Your Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure accurate books and records, compliance with Siemens Energy Financial Reporting Guidelines (IFRS), and setup of project activities in SAP including timely budgets and forecasts.">
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of accounting principles and prepare P&L and Balance sheets.">
- Liaise with local businesses to ensure seamless financial operations and provide strategic financial guidance.">
- Implement IFRS 16 and ensure alignment with SE RE guidelines and principles.">
- Validate and approve invoices, prepare accruals, and perform financial analysis regarding trends, assets, cash, and liabilities.">
- Monitor and analyze targeted finance results, creating regular reports to management, and identifying areas for improvement.">
- Support the identification and implementation of savings measures and ensure accurate documentation.">
- Maintain working relationships with external service providers/suppliers and business areas.">
About You:
">We are looking for a qualified individual with over 3 years of experience in a similar controlling role, preferably with SAP experience. A degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance is required. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with different stakeholders are essential.
