Role overview & Introduction to Hospitality Operations
This is a locally based role, as such you are required to live in the specific city or nearby. Your main role is to provide the best experience possible to our families through first class service and a positive ‘can do’ attitude. We are an inclusive company and look for team members that actively involve themselves in our community of team members and families. Building strong relationships with team-members and families is very important to us.

**Primary responsibilities**
**Experience Management & Ownership**
- Create an events calendar for each cohort of Events, Activities and Experiences
- Create a calendar to share with each cohort on what is ahead
- Identify the channels and manner via which this will be shared
- Engage with the community to gather interest on items prior to scheduling
2. Build the Events, Activities and Experiences offering, organise and implement
- Build the community events based on the template, offer recommendations, budget and organise
- Identify partners for the activities, offer new recommendations, organise, price in partnership with GM and liaise on contracting
- Identify potential experiences, partners to support, set price in partnership with GM, liaise on contracting and implement
- Track performance for each item and report on feedback
- Support the creation and implementation of a payment solution
- Share activities / plans with social team to expand the reach of what is happening
3. Build the Services offering with partners, organise and implement in coordination with Housekeeping.
- Build services with existing partners, coordinate process and pricing with the team and liaise on contracting
- Build services with new partners, offer recommendations, organise, price in partnership with GM and liaise on contracting. And evaluate if we should outsource to a 3rd party or build our own network.
- Track performance for each item and report on feedback.
- Support the creation and implementation of a payment solution.
- Share activities / plans with social team to expand the reach of what is happening.
4. Build, implement and manage a give-back program.
- Identify partners for the give-back program.
- Coordinate process and liaise on contracting.
- Plan and manage execution.
- Track performance and report on feedback.
- Share activities / plans with social team.
Community Management & Ownership
- Build and maintain a community on Mighty Networks and WhatsApp per cohort.
- Develop a content calendar (posts / articles) for each cohort.
- Maintain and deploy content to MN similarly to a social network.
- Engage with the community daily on requests or posts for as wide of a business schedule / calendar as possible.
2. Engage with and support community on daily requests via Concierge service.
- Interact with community on MN
- Coordinate with the rest of the team re requests coming through.
- Review / attend to tickets / requests assigned to the Community team.
3. Support the building of the Boundless Life brand on social media.
- Liaise with social team on a weekly basis.
- Share calendar of events
- Create and share final reports per event
- Partner with a photographer/videographer to capture moments for social media
- Gather information on events at a company level to leverage locally or share with local team, families
4. Support the building of sustainable practices where possible.
- Identify and implement opportunities where sustainable practices can be implemented.
- Identify and leverage more sustainable products we can supply for our spaces / homes.
5. Standards and Processes Champion for its Operational disciplines
- Establish and manage the local Google Drive Folder that obtains all necessary information on standards and processes for the different areas within your location and teams
- Establish/Manage/Update all Standard Operating processes (Playbooks) and Chapters (Manuals and Checklists) for your areas to ensure a business continuity is given at all times and a consistent service and work ethos is in place
