We are currently recruiting for our client who is an international leader in the field of plant engineering and they are looking for a** Human Resources Specialist **for their office located in **Sines, available to start immediately.**

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Help to standardize according to Company’s policy the onboarding of new employees;
- Support the HR Coordinator with payroll management;
- Support and manage the day by day of the employees on site;
- Arrange and collect all documents necessary to install the work relationship;
- Arrange letter and other document when necessary during the work relationships (confirmation, promotion, change of job/seat/assignment, grievances, working time, etc.);
- Prepare materials for HR evaluation, salary management, etc;
- Manage resignation and dismissals / interview the resigning person to get the reason and report them to relevant responsible.

**Ideal Profile**:

- **M.Sc/B.Sc. in Human Resources or similar (mandatory)**:

- **Fluent in English (mandatory)**:

- Experience in payroll (plus)
- Previous experience in HR administrative routines
- Knowledge of Portuguese Labor law and market practice
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment
- **Availability to work on-site in Sines**
