Seeking a seasoned HR Generalist to manage all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, talent development, and employee engagement within our client's multinational industrial organization. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of labor laws and regulations, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies to drive business growth and improve employee satisfaction
  • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviewing
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Provide guidance on labor laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement performance management systems
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations

Ideal Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a multinational environment
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese, both written and spoken
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations, as well as payroll processes
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
