**_ Senior Specialist - Governance and Process Analyst - BT_**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement technology governance frameworks, policies, and procedures that align with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Performs extensive metrics and KPI assessments, process audits, behavior identification and remediation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain technology governance that meet the highest standards of security, reliability, and performance.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to identify and mitigate technology-related risks.
- Monitor compliance to processes and facilitate periodic audits and assessments.
- Assess risks and provide recommendations for process and service improvements.
- Develop and deliver training programs to ensure that all employees understand technology governance policies and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent experience
- At least 5 years of experience in experience in process design, technology governance and compliance
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to technology governance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good project management skills.
- Relevant industry certifications are preferred.
