Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

The role is restricted to those physically located in Portugal. While this is a remote position, we cannot consider candidates that are not based in such region .
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you are expected to be a highly knowledgeable professional with a passion for talent acquisition and recruitment. You are an adept of working with stakeholders to understand business objectives and construct strategies to be able to attract top talent across all levels and business areas.
As Senior Talent Specialist you are expected to: Identify talent needs, create and implement efficient strategies to attract talent. Guide hiring managers though the whole recruitment process and organize regular touchpoints with them. Understand high level workforce planning and resource forecasting. Manage the recruitment processes from A to Z, and candidates' expectations throughout. Support, build and execute our employer branding strategy. Use data and insight to monitor, optimize and improve the processes in place. Build and maintain talent networks within our markets. Requirements: At least 5 years' experience working with talent acquisition, ideally in a fast moving technology and data driven business environment. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or any equivalent area. Experience building talent acquisition strategies. Be a natural born "networker" who builds and utilizes highly effective networks and relationships. High analytical skills and ability to interpret data to continuously improve . Excellent capacity for building rapport and trust relationships with stakeholders and candidates. Excellent negotiation and social skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Recruitment Information Our recruitment process is quite straightforward.
