Talent Acquisition Specialist

As Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will have the opportunity to use your skills and experience to support the development of the engineering talent acquisition strategy for our Engineering Hub in Lisbon. Working closely with the HR Manager, and with the TA Partners you will be responsible for achieving ambitious goals by actively recruiting as well as developing innovative initiatives, robust structures, and processes, and ultimately contributing to the growth of an industry leading Talent Acquisition team.
Partner and coordinate with hiring managers to identify talent acquisition needsTogether with the TA team develop robust Standard Operating Procedures to refine current processesProactively source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. job boards, social platforms and professional networks etc),whilst identifying additional and new financially-feasible sourcesScreen and interview potential candidates, including assessments and in-person interviewsReport on KPI's, projects and deliverables to HR Manager andkey stakeholders as requiredCreate and manage recruitment pipelines as well as report on TA activities per marketFollow the agreed Talent Acquisition processes to ensure a thorough, consistent and objective selection process is undertaken with each candidateUndertake thorough, fair and well-evidenced interviews with potential candidates including briefing them on the interview process and managing their expectations effectivelyInitiate and develop strong relationships with Engineeringstakeholders to understand and assist with their Talent Acquisition needsPartner with employer branding team to create talent attraction initiativesDevelop strong external knowledge of the Engineeringmarket to provide guidance and advice to internal stakeholders e.g. competitor and market analysis, candidate profiling, etcDeliver high levels of customer service and work to ensure the talent acquisition process is well-managedManage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including offer and employment contract preparation as well as proof of eligibility (i.e.: passports, ID cards etc)Maintain post-hiring contact with new recruits to ensure an outstanding candidate experienceWhere relevant provide additional support to the business around sourcing, identifying and assessing potential candidatesPro-actively and professionally represent Evolutionin the external market as an employer of choice for candidates Proven work experience as an IT Talent Acquisition SpecialistExcellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and in EnglishExperience managing the full recruitment lifecycle using various selection and interview techniques as well as evaluation methodsExperience recruiting for IT roles at various levels, including senior/lead rolesFamiliar with the latest social media strategies and sourcing tools (market mapping, intelligence gathering etc) with experience putting these into practiceGeneral knowledge of Portugueseemployment law, where it pertains to Talent Acquisitionis a mustApproachable, proactive and energetic attitude with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesAble to make decisions requiring independent judgment as well as maintaining strict confidentialityDriven and dedicated with the ability to think of the bigger picture, and come up with innovative ideas to attract talent
