**About the Program**
Syensqo is launching a Global Business Services (GBS) Internship Program within our Credit Service Line, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to and shape Syensqo's global operations. As an intern, you’ll work alongside experienced professionals, gaining hands-on experience in the area. This program will be hosted across two service centers: Lisbon and Curitiba.
Join us in a dynamic, multicultural environment, where you’ll have the chance to develop essential finance skills and play an active role in Syensqo’s transformation journey.

**Key Responsibilities**
During your internship, you may support one or more of the following areas:

- Cash Collection & Accounts Receivable: Assist in managing customer portfolios, performing cash collection services, resolving payment issues, and maintaining accurate account records in compliance with company policies.
- Credit Analysis: Support in evaluating customer creditworthiness, defining credit strategies, and mitigating credit risks while aligning with business objectives and Group Credit Policy.

**What You’ll Bring**Education: P**ursuing a degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- ** Knowledge & Skills**:

- Knowledge of Excel
- Financial Analysis and ratios
- Basic Accounting
- Understanding of ERP systems (SAP experience is advantageous).
- Persistence and Negotiation
- Communication & Team Work
- Proactivity
- ** Language Skills**: Fluent in English (required). Additional languages are a plus.
