**About the Program**
Syensqo is excited to launch our Global Business Services (GBS) Internship Program within our Procurement Service Line, focusing on critical areas such as Accounts Payable, Provisioning, and Travel & Expense (T&E). This program offers an incredible opportunity to be part of Syensqo’s global transformation journey, working alongside our teams in Lisbon and Curitiba. Interns will gain hands-on experience, develop specialized skills, and play a vital role in optimizing processes within our Procurement division.

**Key Responsibilities**
Depending on your role within Accounts Payable, Provisioning, or T&E, your responsibilities may include:
**Accounts Payable**:

- Process and verify vendor invoices and ensure payment accuracy.
- Handle account reconciliation and monitor outstanding payments.
- Assist with month-end closing activities and respond to vendor inquiries.
- Recommend and implement process improvements.

**Provisioning**:

- Create and send purchase orders and contact to vendors
- Ensure timely delivery of goods and services, monitoring vendor performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify areas for process enhancement and participate in Procurement projects

**Travel & Expense (T&E)**:

- Post and verify expense reports in the T&E system.
- Administer corporate cards and support reconciliation activities.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and maintain operational procedures.
- Identify process improvements to optimize T&E operations.

**What You’ll Bring**
- Bachelor’s degree (or in final year) in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Previous experience or knowledge in Accounts Payable, Procurement, or T&E is preferred but not required.

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in English (written and spoken). Additional languages are a plus:

- Lisbon: French, Italian, German
- Curitiba: Spanish
- You’ll get familiar with ERP systems (SAP) and satellites.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
