Norfin is a leading Real Estate Investment Manager founded in 1999 and with over €1.5bn of assets under management in real estate funds, SICAFIs or SPVs, with a high diversity of profiles and strategies across all real estate and real estate connected sectors for a wide range of institutional investors. In 2018, Norfin was acquired by Arrow Global, a pan-European alternative asset manager focusing on credit and real estate, with over €5.3bn of funds under management. Arrow Global was incorporated in 2005 and has recently been acquired by TDR Capital, a European private equity firm.

Due to the company’s continual growth and forthcoming capital deployment stream, Norfin intends to select: Asset Management Associate

Main tasks and responsibilities
- Managing construction contracts, timelines, and budgets.
- Developing acquisition strategies for Engineering and Construction services.
- Evaluating and selecting suppliers and contractors.
- Coordinating repairs, maintenance, and warranties.
- Supervising project execution and resource management.
- Ensuring compliance with safety, health, and quality standards.
- Monitoring project progress and preparing reports.
- Identifying and mitigating risks in construction projects.
- Implementing cost reduction and efficiency strategies.
- Oversight of construction contracts, including contract review and negotiation, compliance with established deadlines and budgets.
- Coordinating and supervising project execution to ensure quality and compliance.
- Evaluation and interaction with suppliers and contractors, selection of suitable partners.
- Technical knowledge in after-sales service for residential buildings.
- Experience in general contracting (preferred).

Role Requirements
- Education degree in Civil Engineering (preferred) or Architecture.
- 6 - 8 years’ experience.
- Experience in real estate sector will be a Plus.
- Experience or contact with Investment Analysis will be a Plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enthusiastic, willingness to work as part of a team.
- Autonomous, initiative, entrepreneurial and result driven culture.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Team Management.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, MS Project, PowerBI.
- Verbal and written communications and presentation skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Creative thinking, capability to develop innovative solutions.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Portuguese.
