The role is open in the international IT startup - an educational platform based on artificial intelligence. The company's office is located the UAE. The role is fully remote. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Analyst to join our team. This role is focused on deep-diving into user retention and behavior data to uncover actionable insights that will drive product decisions and optimize user engagement. Join us to revolutionize education with AI.

**Salary**: up to $120 000 /year gross.
- **Responsibilities**_
- Analyze product data to generate actionable insights that inform business decisions.
- Help the business team design, run, and analyze experiments to optimize product performance.
- Collaborate with the CPO and epic drivers to describe epics and user stories, ensuring they are supported by robust analytical data.
- Conduct thorough data research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential issues.
- Maintain and develop product dashboards to provide real-time insights into key metrics.
- Monitor user behavior and retention metrics, identifying opportunities to improve user engagement.
- Ensure the product backlog, experiments backlog, and Jira tasks and epics are supplied with all necessary analytical data.
- Own the list of events, their parameters, and quality, ensuring comprehensive and accurate tracking.
- **Requirements**_
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Analytics, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in product analytics, data analysis, or a related role for mobile apps or mobile games.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel) and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Looker).
- Strong analytical skills with experience in statistical analysis and data visualization.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and experimental design.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment

**You would be an exceptionally great fit for the role if you have**:

- Proven experience in educational technology/personal development/fitness products/consumer apps, demonstrating a deep understanding of market dynamics and user behavior.
- Hands-on experience in boosting product metrics through customer insights and data-driven strategies.
- In-depth knowledge of user behavior psychology and product frameworks, such as the HOOK model.

Pay: Up to 110,000.00€ per year
