Procuramos por **Tech Senior Consultant Enterprise UCC**

Participar em projetos de consultoria em redes e infraestruturas de telecomunicações, com foco na área de Comunicações Colaborativas e Unificadas; Planear, coordenar e/ou executar com autonomia as atividades subjacentes à concretização dos diversos outputs no âmbito de um projeto; Gerir a relação com clientes e stakeholders, de acordo com a sua esfera de atuação
- Experiência de trabalho na conceção, gestão e/ou implementação de redes empresariais (TI), industriais (OT) e cloud;
- Experiência em Projeto e implantação de rede;
- Experiência em gestão e implementação de arquiteturas corporativas;
- Experiência nas seguintes tecnologias de VOZ (SIP, H248, H323, ISDN - PRI e BRI);
- Experiência em projetos com Cisco Collaboration Solutions
- Voz e Comunicações Unificadas;
- Experiência em projetos com Skype-for-business e Microsoft Teams;
- Experiência em todas as fases do projeto incluindo avaliação, desenho e implementação de soluções de UCC;
- Experiência em implementação de PoCs, transições de serviços e formação de usuários/administradores;
- Experiência com gerentes de chamadas da Cisco, gerentes de comunicações da Avaya; Experiência com soluções de contact center Genesys, Amazon Connect, Talkdesk, Nice inContact ou outras;
- Experiência com soluções de salas de reunião;
