Are you seeking an international, future-focused workplace that allows you to:
- Have overall responsibility for the performance of a multi-million-Euro revenue business in a customer centric environment.

**What you´ll do**:
- Operational and business management of the Portugal business unit reporting to Iberia Freight Manager
- Leading a team of ~20 people
- Developing our air, ocean and brokerage business
- Supporting our sales force (including customer visits)
- Negotiating with outside service providers including carriers
- Optimizing existing and implementing new processes
- Compliance with local regulation (Professional Certification for Freight Forwarding and Brokerage)

**What you´ll need**:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferably in Logistics or a related field)
- Experience in managing a branch and/ or P&L
- Strong leadership skills
- Extensive knowledge in Air & Ocean Freight Forwarding
- Cooperative team working attitude.
- Fluent in English and Portuguese (knowledge of Spanish will be value)
- Ability to make decisions.
- Quality and efficiency driven.
- Customer centric attitude
- Willingness travel when required.
