Are you an experienced **Human Resources Facilities Coordinator or Administrator** who can successfully manage all the administrative functions that come with running a company office? Do you enjoy problem solving and collaborating on various projects?

If so, we have a unique opportunity for you. At 1WorldSync, we are looking for a **Human Resources Facilities Coordinator or Administrator **for our Portugal office (Located in Lisbon or Porto) with the ability to travel to both offices on a regular basis.

1WorldSync is the industry leader in product content management. With 400 employees across the US, Brazil, Canada, France, Portugal, Switzerland, and the UK, we’re seeking a **Human Resources Facilities Coordinator or Administrator **to support our growing global team.

The **Human Resources Facilities Coordinator or Administrator **is a member of the Human Resources team and will also oversee office operations for our Lisbon and Porto Offices. The **Human Resources Facilities Coordinator or Administrator** is responsible on a daily basis for ensuring the smooth operation of the offices and administrative functions, as well as providing administrative support to the Human Resources team as needed.

As the **Human Resources Facilities Coordinator or Administrator** a typical day might include the following:
**Facilities/Office Management**
- Responsible for organisational functions and general meeting support including arranging, conference support, maintaining office spaces, and purchasing and maintaining office supplies
- Responsible for incoming and outgoing mail/packages, shipping and receiving
- Responsible for maintenance of common spaces for appearance and functionality
- Responsible for managing supplies and maintenance of office and office amenities
- Follow and participate in security practices as needed
- Other duties as assigned

**Direct Support: Human Resources**
- Assisting with new hiring
- Responsible for confirming all training
- Assist with the coordination of new hires onboarding/offboarding
- Assist updating employee systems and record
- Lead 1WS policies and processes

**To be successful in this position, you must have**:

- Previous administrative, office experience
- Be fluent in English speaking and writing
- Have the ability to travel between Lisbon and Porto offices as and when required (Travel expenses paid)
- A proactive, helpful, can-do attitude
- A proven ability to effectively multitask
- Can independently plan, prioritise and organise
- Fluent in Google Apps for Work and/or Microsoft Office Suite required
- Experience in the digital environment is preferred but not required
