Skills/Qualifications

Minimum qualifications
- Applicants must hold a PhD in Life Sciences or related disciplines.

Desirable skills that will also be considered
- Experience with Drosophila genetics and confocal imaging are also valued;
- Background in developmental biology, stem cells, regeneration or neuroscience is a plus.

Specific Requirements
- Experience with scRNA-Seq data analyses is ideal;
- Strong data visualization and communication skills;
- Ability to work independently and collaborate in a (multi-national) team.
- Excellent level of English.

Maximum allowable duration

The employment contract is with an unknown term, and is expected to start within the 30 days after this call closing date. Notwithstanding, the parties may, at any time, wish to celebrate a permanent employment contract. The contract of employment resulting from this vacancy will expire due to the supervening, absolute and definitive impossibility of being given continuity if its respective funding is terminated without prejudice to the communication of its termination to the worker, in accordance with the provisions of article 345 of the Labor Code.
