**Position Description**:
CGI is looking for a OpRe Business Support Expert to join our team.

**Your future duties and responsibilities**:

- As a Business Support Expert, will work closely with Product Business Owners, providing them the adequate support and information to ensure that Product is aligned with Group Security guidelines.
- Will represent the Business Owners towards Delivery Team and Vendors
- Under Business Owners supervision will be responsible to ensure Product delivery is well aligned with client Operational Resilience standards, guidelines and best practices
- Together with Product Business Owners will be responsible for mediating relationship with Entities, making sure that tool reflects Business needs
- Lead business forums and webinars - dedicate recurrent forums to introduce new functionalities, user experience feedback and Regular tool update and trainings
- Participate in the weekly meetings with Product Delivery Team (GOBO), representing the business view
- Mediate & facilitate relationship between Product Delivery Team (GOBO) and Entities
- Monitor entities usage of the tool and improve their experience with aim to make sure tools are fit for purpose and used by entities
- Lead relationship with providers, to ensure quality of service meetings are performed with providers in order to make sure any issue is handled in a timely manner
- Support Product Business Owners in managing business request for enhancements / changes
- Understand and assess demands/ business request from entities,
- Coordinate testing and provide sign-off on business behalf
- Enhance Tool documentation & training
- Support BCM exit strategy
- Support Business Owners in the STC preparation

**Required qualifications to be successful in this role**:
1. Understand business needs and drive delivery to make sure it is aligned with business needs and requests
2. Mediate relationship between Delivery Team and Entities, by prioritizing backlog and providing business insight
3. Support Product Management in managing relationship with Vendors
4. Progressively understand the OpRe tools and how the business processes are designed / mapped in them
