Crew Resource Junior Planner

**Purpose of Position**:
Maintain rosters for all NetJets Europe Crew members considering crew productivity, availability, training, licensing, absence policies and aircraft availability to ensure the correct number of crew is available to meet the needs of the NetJets Operation guaranteeing compliance with company policies, Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) and other applicable legislation to deliver the most efficient and effective use of company resources.
**Tasks and Responsibilities**:
- Support the production and maintenance of monthly rosters for all NetJets Europe Crew members,taking into consideration crew productivity, availability, training, licensing, and aircraft availability.
- Administer vacation and absence requests for Crew members in accordance with the vacation and absence policies, and approved allocation, to align crew availability with business requirements and seasonality.
- Provide Executive Jet Management Europe (EJME) with crew tracking and administrative services.
- Update company systems with crew duty and standby changes.
- Track tours >7 days to ensure applicable duty code assignment.
- Ensure systems are populated and updated with applicable non-flying duty hours.
- Liaise with Crew Training Department regarding Base/Line Training requirements, fleet changes and upgrades, so that the required headcount and crew ratio is maintained on all fleets;
- Provide a high-quality verbal and written service to Crew members to help, inform and communicate answers to work/life balance issues.
- Identify, gather and control forward crew planning requirements from other internal departments to facilitate and optimize crew member non-flying activities.
- Support Internal departments (Scheduling, Crew Support, CP, etc.) to identify and resolve day to day activities related to crew availability.
**Education**:
- Bachelor's in Aviation or Transport Logistic

- Degree in Aviation or Transport Logistic is preferred;
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in civil aviation or armed services environment;
- Fluency in Business English (written and spoken);
- Proficiency in MS Office.
