**Job Description**:
**Your contribution to something big**:
As Organizational Coach you have the mandate to drive the cultural and organizational development in one of our Business Units together with its executives. The focus of your activities will be the implementation of a culture of performance in the product creation process
- You facilitate the organizational
- and cultural development by on-site consulting, coaching & training of teams, leadership and executives.
- You establish and guide measures to promote the necessary behaviors (e.g. common direction, self-organization, synchronized work, consequent decision making, feedback culture) towards the desired performance culture.
- You coach and promote transparency for conflicts and remove collaboration
- and organizational barriers
- You represent the related organizational structure in overarching organizational development initiatives and with other Organizational Coaches and its Community of Practice, you strengthen cross-functional and divisional collaboration in overall TT.
- Moreover, you enable and promote organizational learning within the business unit.

**Qualifications**:
**What distinguishes you**:

- ** Education**:successfully completed studies or comparable qualification in one of the field of IT, natural sciences, engineering, social sciences, economics or comparable fields
- ** Personality and Working Practice**: high performance and ambition oriented mindset - to create an impact on the organization,
- Entrepreneurial mindset and strategy skills, excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills, high level of tolerance of ambiguity, systemic approach
- ** Experience and Knowledge**: 5 years as coach or facilitator within the organization (e.g. Agile Coach, OKR Champion, SAFe, RTE or STE...). Proven track record of helping organizations, including individuals achieving their goals
- Experience in complex and volatile business environment as well as knowledge of technological and methodological (work organization) trends is an advantage
- ** Languages**: fluent in English, fluent in German is an advantage _(depending on the base-country other language needed)_
