The Quality Engineer will act as first point of contact to the customer for complaints thus informing the customer of the relevant information in a timely manner. He/she will be increasing the quality awareness of the employees by auditing and improving the quality operation with the objective of delivering quality products to our customers and contributing to an ECE experience.

**Responsibilities**:
Quality:
Processing and following internal and external customer complaints within the predefined timings by using FRB and 8D methodology: assign to the correct MQE sp (D1), describing the problem (D2) and assuring the containment (D3).
Processing and following customer support response complaints and non-manufacturing justified customer complaints.
Acting as the contact person for the customer and answering their questions to that regard Responsible for timely updating customer portals.
Responsible for the quality alerts and severe cases (input out of customer complaints and containment).
If necessary performs risk analysis on demand by customers (as part of customer specific requirements) together with MQE and MQS.
New processes:
Responsible for the DRBFM (Design Review Based on Failure Mode).

Audits:
Performing reverse audits, VDA 6.3 & VDA 6.5 audits, quality focus checks and LPA.
Supports customer audits on demand by /M)QE supervisor.
Assigned as owner of different audit actions specific for his/hers processes and products.

**Requirements**:

- Education level: you have a graduate or engineering degree.
- You have one year experience in Quality job.
- You are quality-conscious and you work in a precise and structured way.
- You have strong communication skills and you can motivate, train and make people enthusiastic.
- Cooperation with your immediate colleagues is a must, so you are a team player.
- You can judge objectively and independently and you are positively assertive in your communication, at all levels.
- You like to work closely with your peers and customers and you can communicate fluently in English.
- You have experience with quality tools (PPSR, 8D, 3x5 why, Ishikawa, FMEA, CP, SPC, auditing,...)
- You are flexible. If needed you are prepared to be present in various shifts for training and guiding employees.
