**Tarefas e/ou Responsabilidades**:

- Colaborar na definição da política geral da empresa relativa à prevenção de riscos;
- Colaborar na implementação de medidas correspondentes ao sistema de gestão de saúde e segurança no trabalho, certificado com base no referencial da ISO 45001 e S.A.F.E., e ao sistema de gestão ambiental, certificado com base no referencial da ISO 14001;
- Participar nas inspeções e auditorias de Ambiente e Segurança, bem como na investigação de incidentes;
- Desenvolver e promover o processo de avaliação de riscos profissionais, em vigor na empresa;
- Conceber, programar e desenvolver medidas de prevenção e de proteção ocupacional e ambiental;
- Coordenar técnicamente as atividades de segurança e higiene no trabalho e proteção ambiental, assegurando o enquadramento legal e auxiliando na orientação técnica dos coordenadores EHS de cada departamento;
- Participar ativamente no processo de formação e sensibilização dos trabalhadores e demais intervenientes nos locais de trabalho em termos de segurança e consciência ambiental;
- Estruturação, atualização contínua e formação do Sistema Operacional de Negócios na TE Évora, através da documentação correspondente;
- Estabelecer eficazmente sistemas de qualidade conformes;
- Administrador da TE Evora do software PDMLink para assegurar a utilização de documentação controlada na organização.

**Requisitos**:

- Licenciatura com experiência comparável em ciências do ambiente ou da segurança ou outros domínios técnicos relacionados e 2-3 anos de experiência de trabalho em EHS num ambiente de fabrico.
- Bons conhecimentos de inglês.
- Conhecimentos práticos de ergonomia industrial.
- Experiência em gestão de resíduos perigosos.
- Resultados mensuráveis demonstrados na gestão da mudança com vista à redução de incidentes de segurança, cultura de segurança positiva e gestão de resíduos perigosos.
- Conhecimentos de ferramentas de fabrico lean; trabalho padrão, 5S, Kaizen e Gemba.
- Competências de comunicação escrita e verbal para facilitar a comunicação com a Direção da Unidade de Negócios, o pessoal das instalações e o pessoal da fábrica, incluindo a capacidade de preparar e fazer apresentações.
- Forte capacidade de organização e documentação, incluindo a capacidade de utilizar o Microsoft Office Suite.
- Capacidade de dar prioridade aos problemas, analisar a causa principal e implementar ações corretivas eficazes.
