Aufgaben

Deine Aufgaben und Einfluss bei der Arbeit als Content Moderator werden sein:

- Überprüfung von Inhalten (Videos, Bilder, Texte und Audiodateien) in Übereinstimmung mit den Richtlinien
- Klassifizierung der Inhaltstypologie (Videos, Bilder, Texte und Audiodateien) in Übereinstimmung mit den Prozessen und Richtlinien
- Beantwortung von Kundenanfragen zu Trust & Safety-Maßnahmen, wie Missbrauchsmeldungen und Einsprüche zur Durchsetzung
- Gewährleistung der Sicherheit von Nutzern und Marken
- Bereitschaft zur Erbringung von Dienstleistungen in einer 24/7-Schichtrotation

Qualifikation

Fähigkeiten, Erfahrungen und Interessen, die du benötigst, um in dieser Rolle erfolgreich zu sein:

- Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Du hältst dich über Social Media-Trends auf dem Laufenden
- Motivation und Engagement bei deiner Arbeit
