**Job Overview**:
We are a fast-growing company that strongly believes every single kencko-er we hire is a key part of our shared success. The Production Manager will be leading a growing production team (packing, mixing), reporting to the Head of Manufacturing.

**Main Goals**:

- Manage a team: set direction, organize and prioritize work, and communicate effectively
- Establish production goals in line with kencko Manufacturing's strategy
- Support the Head of Manufacturing in defining the production plan and schedule
- Engage, develop, and train new and existing team members
- Monitor and evaluate the team's performance
- Ensure output meets quality standards
- Ensure a healthy and safe workspace: Identify hazards, assess and control the risks, keep an updated and accurate record, and conduct regular reviews

**Responsibilities**:

- Establish productive relationships with colleagues from various teams
- Provide routine feedback and conduct quarterly individual performance assessments of the team
- Be proactive in finding continuously motivational actions for each individual and the team
- Understand the company culture and mission, embody our five daily habits, and act as a role model for the team
- Ensure team is trained on all aspects of the warehouse health & safety needs and best practices are regularly followed
- Recruit, identify, and select new kencko-ers
- Continually improve onboarding for new kencko-ers
- Organize the production line and workflow to meet specifications and deadlines
- Identify and seek approval for maintenance work, purchasing of equipment etc.
- Support the teams in performing machines adjustments when required
- Meet KPI targets and propose action plans for correcting deviations
- Identify gaps in the processes and tools, and recommend improvements and action steps for improvement and efficiencies
- Document processes on ongoing basis to ensure optimal knowledge management

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent (Professional Technical Courses) or Bachelor’s degree in engineering
- 5+ years of professional experience in operational planning and management, supply chain management and logistics, supplier management
- An experienced leader in managing teams and performance evaluation
- Experienced professional in motivating teams to pursue common objectives with the agreed individual goals
- Deliver expectations: the capacity to innovate and change the “rules of the game” to deliver the expected results
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, directed to a diverse range of people, roles and cultural backgrounds
- Proven experience on a production level role
- Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP software
- Detail oriented
- Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach
- Full English fluency: speaking, writing, reading
- Ability to work from Montijo on a regular basis
