**Your responsabilities**:

- Offering pre-sales assistance to users, helping them make informed choices about suitable solutions.
- Proficiently handling customer escalations and effectively escalating issues and customers to higher-level technical departments when necessary.

**Our expectations**:

- **You speak Dutch native or C2**:

- **Intermediate English level (min B2)**:

- Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
- You are self-motivated, and you like to work in the team

**Main duties**:

- Possible start on **20/09**:

- **Monday to Sunday** 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m (40h per week) with 2 rotating days off
- Competetive Salary and bonuses:
**€**1100€ gross x 12 months + 2 extra salaries per year**
**up to 120€** gross monthly performance bonus
**€7.23 NET/day meal allowance
- Full time employment, 6 months fixed-term renewable contract

- Training is provided at the beginning of the work, previous experience is not required
