**Your responsabilities**:

- Maintain solid customer relationships by handling their inquiries and concerns (i.e. troubleshooting, fraud order and returns: “My toothbrush stopped working”, “My TV arrived today after the repair, however it’s still not working”
- Be knowledgeable about given offer and providing the product information (i.e.: I would like to learn more about the features of the coffee machine; What are the differences between these devices before ordering”
- Answers delivery questions like: “I was expecting my product yesterday, but I have no news yet on the status of my issue”

**Our expectations**:

- **You speak Dutch in proficiency**:

- **Intermediate English level (min B2)**:

- Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
- You are self-motivated, and you like to work in the team

**Main duties**:

- Possible start on **03.01.2024**:

- Working schedule time frames: Monday-Saturday: 07:00-21:00 (8h/day, 40h/week, 5 days/week) - Sunday is always a day off
- Full time employment, 6 months fixed-term renewable contract
- Private Health insurance with a dental plan (after 6 months of the contract)

- Training is provided at the beginning of the work, previous experience is not required

**Competetive Salary and bonuses**:

- €**1100€ gross x14 months **or €1283 gross x 12months - basic salary,
- **up to 100€ **gross monthly performance bonus
