**Technical & Field Services Specialist**
**Mission**
Operationalize the construction/maintenance of all Residential sale’s vertical solar energy installations sales and similar products. Manage suppliers' qualification and evaluation. Ensure Galp technical and safety standards in solar PV operations and other electrical products.
**What you’ll do**
- _Coordinate and plan the necessary and adequate means to carry out solar photovoltaic systems installations and other electrical installations;_
- Deal daily with internal and external teams of electrical installers to achieve the desired installation numbers and solve procedure and technical doubts;
- Gather data and prepare reports to evaluate external partners and internal teams suitability and to guarantee the desired quality levels of solar PV or other electrical product installations;
- Develop and implement new operating procedures to improve field work efficiency, safety, and performance;
- Support unit management and installers field supervisors in obtaining efficient and safe field operations.
**What you’ll need**
- _Proven experience in field services coordination (preferably solar instalations);_
- Attention to detail, operational efficiency and exceptional safety levels mindset;
- Master’s in engineering (preferable);
- Available for frequent travelling within continental Portugal;
- Drivers license holder;
- Ability to handle pressure and ambitious goals;
- Basic oral and written English and Spanish communication skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
