**About the job**

The employee will execute the responsibilities within the IT Banking Services department in Lisbon. The employee will be part of the US Custody IT Business Analyst Team, at Portugal. The Team is composed by 14 team members, between USA, India and Portugal

The Team works mainly on:

- Additionally in the perimeter of the US Activity the team could have to participate on some projects/enhancements on these local US Applications:
**Your Main Activities Are**

Elicit new requirements for system enhancements

Manage the change request process for any system updates

Develop functional specifications for system evolutions

Test the enhancements before their deployment in UAT phase

Participate on Market projects and transversal projects

Follow the various phases of the lifecycle of the projects/release

Respect workflows, planning and deadlines and ensure a good level of reporting

Identify product gaps or weaknesses and suggest areas of improvement, as needed

Perform peer reviews

Ensure the back-up, if needed, to the Service Delivery team and also provide functional assistance or technical analysis on the most complex requests

**Profile and Skills to Success**

Master’s Degree required in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Management, Tax or Law

Minimum 4 years financial industry experience with an emphasis on Custody activity

Good written and spoken English is a must

Strong knowledge of Corporate Action activity

Knowledge of SQL is a plus

Overall general IT knowledge is a plus

Custody, Tax and Settlement knowledge are a plus

Attention to detail / rigor

Ability to synthetize / simplify

Ability to manage a project
