Release Manager

InnoWave is looking for a Release Manager, **preferably based in Lisbon**, to integrate our teams and support our clients.
**Release Manager**
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute release plans, schedules, and milestones.
- Promote overall communication between several stakeholders.
- Identify and manage release risks and issues.
- Ensure the quality and integrity of software releases.
- Oversee deployment to production and post-release activities.
- Drive continuous improvement in release processes.
**Skills**:
- Degree in Computer Science or similar
- 3 to 4 years of professional experience in release management
- Good knowledge in CI/CD, mainly in Git repositories (Gitlab or Github) for branch management, conflict resolution, and so one.
- Knowledge in Jenkins, mainly managing, creating, modifying, and troubleshooting pipelines.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and Bash, with a focus on file-related actions (removing, replacing content, moving), and expertise in command-line usage is a plus.
- Excellent capacity to work autonomously or integrated in a team.
- Proactivity and ability to adapt in a context in which priorities often change.
- Developed sense of responsibility, oriented to customer solutions and associated improvements.
- Fluent in English - written and spoken (mandatory).
