**Support Analyst** Ref.: JOB-1494 Location: Lisboa / Porto
We're always searching for new talentand that might be you
At the moment, we have an opportunity for a **Support Analyst.**
Main Responsibilities:
- Monitorization of the critical user journeys of the team products;- Be analytical - if an error occurs once it is an error, if it is repeated it is a problem that must be fully investigated;- Validate logs and metrics to detect potential problems or strange patterns;- Monitor production / non-production services within his/her team´s responsibilities.- Required Experience:
- +2/3 years in a similar function;- Knowledge in scripting languages (Python, Bash, GO, Other) to automate daily or correction processes;- Ability to understand different systems, their functionalities and where they fit into an ecosystem;- Knowledge of Microservices;- Knowledge of Shell, AWS, ELK, Prometheus & Grafana;- Experience with Jira, Confluence and GitLab;- Good skills in English, both written and spoken.- What we offer you:
