Radically Digital is a people-first consultancy building future-ready solutions using modern technologies. We work with clients in a variety of sectors from telecoms/ broadband, fintech, NFTs, crypto, renewable energy, hospitality and more, located all around the globe. We are a diverse team (more than 25 nationalities, speaking 26+ languages), with hybrid workplaces in London & Lisbon. We've grown from a small group of 7 at the start of the pandemic to 60+ across both offices and continuing to add RADs in the UK, Portugal and new locations this year

As a People Operations Lead, you will be the go to person for all things People in our Lisbon hub. You will be looking after people, operations and everything in between, ensuring our team has the best experience possible. Working closely with the Head of People & Culture, you will ensure our People objectives are met, while supporting with other local creative initiatives

**About you**

You are enthusiastic about getting involved in different projects and ensure we’re driving strategic initiatives in our People Operations function. You’re organised, have attention to detail while bringing lots of energy to our office. You’ll be in charge of office life - making sure our people have everything they need, while also acting as a first point of contact for all people enquiries in Portugal. You will support our Head of People & Culture with different initiatives in both our Lisbon and London offices.

**What you'll be doing**:
As we're a growing business, your responsibilities and priorities will vary but some of the key tasks you'll be in charge of are:

- Support the Head of People & Culture with daily people management duties
- Schedule company wide meetings and appointments
- Maintain company databases
- Responsible for ensuring the office runs smoothly
- Understand the wider business structure, leadership & management structures and have a broad understanding of what each function does, in order to assist with delivering outstanding people initiatives
- Gain an understanding of Radically Digital’s culture, values and behaviors and shape how we bring them to life at RAD through our people.
- Read and understand all of our people policies and processes, knowing where to go to find answers and when to seek further advice.
- Ownership of our People platforms and know how to run reports, troubleshoot, and carry out basic people business processes.
- Be the first point of escalation for the People team in Lisbon, providing quality and professional advice to employees and managers on general queries and issues, in line with our people policies, processes and procedures
- Responsible for managing the on-boarding and offboarding process for new joiners in Lisbon, and providing continuous feedback to improve the employee experience
- Update policies, templates and toolkits to support People processes e.g. promotions, salary review, bonuses etc.
- Contribute to People projects and initiatives across various People and Business functions e.g. Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development etc
- Take notes and minutes in meetings
- Order and take stock of office supplies
- Prepare documents for meetings and business trips
- Process and direct mail and incoming packages or deliveries
- Greet and direct visitors and new staff to the organisation
- Track daily operations, report or resolve issues
- General office management
- Supporting on Learning and development

**Requirements**:
A couple of mandatory ones:

- Full right to work in Portugal without Visa Sponsorship
- Previous experience working with HR processes

Additionally, it will be great if you are/have:

- Excellent verbal and written English communication
- A can do, go-getter attitude
- Excellent communicator, well-organised and a strategic thinker
- High attention to detail
- Being proactive and willing to learn
- Ability to work well under pressure and with mínimal supervision
