**Job Role**:
As a Video Editor at Veritas Creative Media, your main responsibility will be to produce high-quality video content that aligns with our creative vision and marketing strategies. You will work closely with our creative and marketing teams to create engaging and compelling video assets for various digital platforms.

**Responsibilities**:

- Edit raw video footage into polished and engaging content for social media, websites, and digital campaigns.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop video concepts and storyboards.
- Experience using music and soundeffects to elevate video content
- extensive experience editing short form content (reels, tiktoks,short) and long form videos (youtube, VSLs, podcasts)
- Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines and project objectives.
- Optimize videos for different platforms, ensuring the best possible quality and performance.
- Incorporate feedback from the team to refine and improve video content.
- Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards.
- Stay updated on the latest video editing trends, tools, and techniques.

**Job Requirements**:

- Extensive experience in video editing with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Capcut or Davinci
- Strong understanding of video production processes and techniques.
- Ability to create visually compelling stories through video editing.
- Experience with color correction, sound design, and motion graphics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

**Nice-to-Have**:

- Experience in a digital media or creative agency environment.
- Skills in graphic design, animation, or visual effects.
