**Job Title: TikTok Video Maker/Editor**

We are seeking a creative and talented Video Maker/Editor to join our team and contribute to our exciting projects.
**Position Overview**:
As a TikTok Video Maker/Editor, you will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing, creating, and editing high-quality video content optimized for TikTok and other short-form platforms. You will work closely with our content team to develop innovative ideas, execute creative concepts, and ensure that our content stands out in the competitive digital landscape.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Conceptualize and pitch creative ideas for TikTok videos and short-form content that align with our brand and target audience.
2. Collaborate with the content team to plan video shoots, including scripting, storyboarding, and location scouting.
3. Shoot and capture high-quality video footage using professional equipment or mobile devices.
4. Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, engaging videos optimized for TikTok and other short-form platforms.
5. Utilize editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) to add effects, transitions, music, and graphics to enhance the visual appeal of videos.
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, features, and best practices on TikTok and other short-form platforms to inform content creation strategies.
7. Monitor video performance metrics, analyze audience engagement, and iterate on content strategies to maximize reach and impact.
8. Collaborate with other team members, including graphic designers, animators, and social media managers, to ensure seamless integration of video content across channels.
9. Maintain organized files and archives of video assets for future reference and reuse.
**Qualifications**:
1. Proven experience creating and editing video content for TikTok or other short-form platforms.
2. Proficiency in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
3. Strong creative vision and storytelling skills, with the ability to generate original ideas and concepts.
4. Excellent understanding of video production techniques, including shooting, lighting, and sound.
5. Knowledge of current trends, challenges, and opportunities in the digital media landscape, particularly within the realm of short-form video content.
6. Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
7. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate ideas and feedback within a team environment.
8. A passion for creating engaging and entertaining content that resonates with audiences on social media platforms.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
1. Experience creating content in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, such as a digital media agency or content creation studio.
2. Familiarity with TikTok's content creation tools, trends, and algorithmic features.
3. Basic knowledge of motion graphics, animation, or visual effects software (e.g., Adobe After Effects) is a plus.
4. A portfolio or reel showcasing previous work in video production and editing, with an emphasis on TikTok or short-form content.
