Para reforçar a nossa equipa de **Marketing & Communication**, procuramos um Marketing & Communication Specialist que será responsável por:
- Implementar a estratégia de marketing e comunicação para fortalecer a presença da Maleo no mercado;
- Criar e gerir conteúdos para materiais institucionais;
- Colaborar com a equipa de design para garantir a coesão da identidade da marca em todos os conteúdos;
- Gerir o calendário editorial e garantir a consistência na publicação de conteúdos em todos os canais de comunicação;
- Gerir a comunicação interna e externa da empresa, incluindo press releases, media kits e relações públicas;
- Assegurar que todas as atividades de comunicação estão alinhadas com a estratégia global e os valores da marca;
- Planear e coordenar eventos corporativos e patrocínios;
- Trabalhar em conjunto com outros departamentos, garantindo uma comunicação eficaz e a implementação de briefings de marketing e comunicação;
- Desenvolver relatórios de performance e propor ações de melhoria.
**O que esperamos de ti**:
- Licenciatura em Marketing ou Comunicação;
- Mínimo de 3 anos de experiência em marketing e comunicação;
- Excelentes competências de comunicação escrita e verbal;
- Experiência na criação e gestão de conteúdos para várias plataformas, incluindo redes sociais, newsletters e materiais promocionais;
- Excelentes capacidades de comunicação, criatividade e trabalho em equipa;
- Orientação para resultados, proatividade e capacidade de trabalhar com autonomia.
