**As a Head of Marketing & Communication, what are you going to do?**
- Marketing & Communication strategy - work with the regional, group and enterprise level stakeholders to develop a marketing & communication strategy in support of business and enterprise objectives to deliver measurable results in brand awareness and preference, thought leadership and lead generation;
- Demand generation - responsible for developing and executing the strategy, tactics, activities and materials to drive demand for the products and services sold in region. Responsible for a meeting quarterly marketing demand generation goals;
- Liaise with key stakeholders and product management to understand buyers’ needs in order to create relevant and actionable messages for marketing campaigns;
- Tactical delivery - execute the marketing strategy across the region through campaigns including events, digital marketing, content marketing and PR managed by the team in charge centrally;
- Sales and client partner enablement - working with product management, define and communicate the value proposition and messaging of the products to the sales team and develop the sales tools and proof points that support the client buying process;
- Enhance brand awareness and improve thought leadership leveraging the full marketing mix and strategic partners;
- Track and report on marketing qualified leads generated by marketing activity and ensure they are progressed through the pipeline;
- Build and maintain strong and collaborative working relationships with Subsidiaries and support the regional particular needs.

**What are the skills and professional experience we’re expecting from you?**
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a similar field;
- Experience of working for a Global organisation in a Senior Marketing & Communication role;
- Experience of creating business growth through brand and media, PR and digital initiatives;
- Able to demonstrate experience in building high performing online and offline brand marketing campaigns;
- Capable of developing creative communications strategies in a diverse international business, including white papers, positioning papers, exec blogs, customer/user clubs;
- A confident communicator able to translate complex information into simple terms;
- Highly collaborative with the ability to influence through development of a strong point of view;
- Fluent English, additional languages highly appreciated;
- Knowledge about Travel industry - desirable;
- Solid knowledge in financial management from a Marketing perspective.
