**Senior Finance Associate - ELMAC Finance Productivity**

**Live**:
**WHAT YOU WILL DO**

In this role you will use your financial process knowledge and project management skills to drive change and deliver productivity improvements for Finance teams across the ELMAC region (Europe, Latin America, Middle East, Africa, and Canada).

**The responsibilities of the role will include**:

- Manages existing portfolio of Automations (BOTs, Macros etc.). Delivers training to various stakeholders and works with technical teams to ensure continuity of operations.
- Manages projects to ensure deliverables are met on time. Interfaces with multiple clients to gather requirements that are complete and fit for purpose.
- Acts as link between affiliate teams and regional/corporate teams. Acts as a regional change agent on global projects, making sure information is cascaded appropriately to affiliate teams.
- Performs ad-hoc financial/data analysis to support projects and initiatives.
- Works with regional Finance functions (AP, Treasury, Accounting, Capability Center etc.) to simplify and standardize processes across countries.
- Performs interim assignments in local/regional Finance roles to acquire experience with different aspects of Finance.

**Minimum requirements**:

- University Degree in Finance/Accounting
- At least three years of relevant experience in a multinational environment
- Demonstrated capability to learn quickly while being open and flexible to changes
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across geographies; strong communication skills are required.
- Ability to work independently; A good team player who can create relationships and build trust.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills: Knowledge of VBA is a plus.
- Fluent in English

**Preferred requirements**:

- Strong Project Management skills
- Experience in Pharmaceutical Industry
- Experience with process automation using RPA, Alteryx, etc.
- Experience with Financial Systems (SAP, Hyperion, Anaplan)
