CIB IT SOURCING PMO (JOB NUMBER: 2303CIBIT14555)

**About the job**
- We are looking for an experienced IT Project Management Officer with sourcing, strategy and governance skills to oversee and manage various projects within our organization. This role will be part of the CIB IT Steering & Governance Team and is responsible for ensuring a consistent governance framework is deployed & operated, reporting standard KPI’s from golden data sources to CIB IT Management and to Group IT (ITG)

**Your Main Activities Are**
- Maintain the CIBIT Sourcing Strategy (with annual updates and by incorporating IT Clusters & Region’s Sourcing Strategies)
- Operate the CIBIT IT Sourcing Steering Committees & Boards (with Governance of CIB IT Sourcing and reporting of CIB IT KPI’s to CIB IT CIO alerting on Risks & Issues)
- Deploy IT Group Policies, Requirements & Rules
- Ensure that IT Clusters & Regions have a shared understanding of the requirements
- Consolidation of the CIB IT Sourcing Strategy from the IT Clusters & Regions Sourcing Strategies
- Governance of CIB IT Sourcing and reporting of CIB IT KPI’s to CIB IT CIO alerting on Risks & Issues
- Supporting IT Clusters with production of quarterly Sourcing Dashboards for both CIB IT & ITG through PMS
- Support CIB IT Sourcing Initiatives & Projects

**Profile and Skills to Success**
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an IT Project Manager, IT PMO or related role, preferably within the financial industry
- Experience of BNP Paribas organization and processes
- Knowledge of challenges, the organization and objectives for the program’s reference organization scope
- Knowledge of the decision-making bodies’ operations in the scope associated with the program
- Proficient in project and program management principles as well as their governance
- Proficient in budget management principles
- Good project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to effectively convey complex information with simple, high impact communication, at all levels of the organisation
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
