**Your Main Activities Are**
- This role will support the Global Head of Communication for CIB ITO with the following tasks
- Strategic communication such as, relay effectively the IT & Operations strategy, key projects and roadmaps within ITO, within CIB and Group, and externally when applicable.
- Content creation, such as, write, edit, produce internal and external content (articles, podcasts, videos, Linkedin posts) for CIB ITO
- Campaign management, such as, liaise with CIB Campaign Management Team and ITO stakeholders for the planning, publication and reporting of ITO communication campaigns
- Project management, such as, define, plan and coordinate campaigns from A to Z, including but not limited to “ITO’s Got Talent 2023”
- Event management (Digital and in-person events), such as, create, manage and host digital and in-person events
- Liaise with ITO programmes & networks to plan, create and broadcast content, particularly on the topics of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Talent Management (Junior & Expert talent programs) and Cloud strategy
- Coordinate with Lisbon Design Team to create visual content (brand identity, logos, backgrounds and similar) and videos, from creating the brief to getting final deliverables
- Provide the Global Head of Communication with regular updates and reports on content creation progress and publications’ performance

**Profile and Skills to Success**
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Communication, Sociology, Psicology, Digital Marketing or similar field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Communication, ideally within financial services or a similarly paced organization
- Proven ability to create content: articles, videos, podcasts
- Proficiency with Microsoft OS including Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- Fluency in English both oral and written (mandatory)
- Excellent writing skills
- Attention to detail, particularly on grammar and typos
- Creativity with ability to imagine and execute communication campaigns
- Ability to simplify, such as, turn complex briefs into simple, accurate and impactful content
- Ability to plan and coordinate a communication campaign (foreseeing overall plan, organizing, scheduling, liaising with stakeholders, ensuring validation processes and reporting on KPIs)
- Strong visual content skills (guaranteeing compliant brand identity, creating clean & meaningful visuals i.e. banners, layouts, videos)
- Ability to collaborate across geography and functions
- Good project management skills
- Good organizational skills
- Curiosity, ability to learn quickly

**About the Team**
- You will join the Chief of Staff & ITO Strategy Team. This is a new, developing, human-sized team (5-10 people) in which you will take a proactive approach and be a force for proposal to influence the direction taken by the team. The team has a cross-functional scope because in contact with the various departments of CIB ITO, the CIB Business Lines (Global Markets, Global Banking and Securities Services).
- Due to your role, you will very closely work with the CIB Communication team for the Planning, Editorial, Publication and Reporting on ITO communications. This young and dynamic team is based in Lisbon and in Paris.
- Finally, because of the global nature of your missions, you will operate in an international and multicultural environment
