With our Junior Managers Program (JMP), Bosch’s accelerated program designed to attract and cultivate outstanding talents for advanced leadership, we offer a full individualized program, with 3 to 4 rotations across various business segments and functions, as well as international assignments, in which the participants will face challenging projects and global exposure. Every participant will be mentored by a seasoned career coach from top management and have access to the best training resources within the organization.

**Job Description**:
As a JMP in (_Manufacturing, Digitalization & Automation), you will shape the manufacturing of the future of the Bosch Group._
- You drive the_ _digitization of production, support Industry 4.0 projects and develop digital solutions for internal production or external customers._
Together with us, you lay the foundation for your future as a leader.

Decide for yourself which starting date is best for you and when your permanent employment contract starts.
Design your program stations in agile product areas, classic line organizations or even commercial collateral areas.

Complement your practical experience with a variety of learning and training methods, for which you have an individual budget.
Benefit from the network and experience of your personal mentor at management level.
**Qualifications**:
**What distinguishes you**:
Personality: You have a soft spot for manufacturing technology. Your aim is to inspire other people. You consider courage, openness, tolerance and mindfulness as desirable attitudes.
Background: You have completed your master's or diploma degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, production technology, industrial engineering or comparable above average. Your focus is on topics such as lean production, quality management, automation, digitization and artificial intelligence. Maybe you already have a PhD or first professional experience
Experience and know-how: You have at least three months of international experience and have gained practical experience through relevant industrial internships, also in medium-sized companies or start-ups. You are proficient in Portuguese, English and (German).
