Unilabs, one of the largest diagnostic providers in Europe, is seeking a Compliance Officer to join our team. As a Compliance Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the company's adherence to laws, regulations, and ethical standards, thereby protecting and enhancing Unilabs' reputation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement compliance programs and policies to ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify compliance risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments to identify any deficiencies and recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor internal and external compliance guidelines and regulations, and update policies and procedures as necessary.
- Provide training and education to employees on compliance issues, regulations, and ethical practices.
- Investigate and resolve any compliance-related issues, including potential violations, complaints, or breaches.
- Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and external stakeholders to stay updated on industry trends and changes.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as healthcare administration, business, or law.
- Proven experience working in a compliance role within the healthcare industry.
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards, such as HIPAA, GDPR, and ISO.
- Strong understanding of compliance risk management and ability to implement effective strategies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve compliance issues.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with colleagues at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Proficient in using compliance software and systems.
