Could you be the full-time **Project Commissioning Manager** in **Porto** we’re looking for?
**Your future role**
You'll collaborate with the V&V manager to define the V&V strategy to be applied in lab and on field. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (validation, EHS), manage the T&C team and much more.
We’ll look to you for:
- Pro-actively manages the internal interfaces with Project Engineering, Industrial and Warranty, and the external interfaces with Partners, third parties and Customers.
- Deploys T&C process on the field and make sure it is applied by the T&C team within the project
- Pro-actively manages internal interfaces with project engineering, installation and external technical interfaces with Partners, Third Parties and Customers for T&C activities
- Delivers T&C plans, procedures, method statements and coordinates staffing and training of the T&C team.
- Prepares and manages Test & Commissioning works on field - Material and tools, documentation, people, access, logistics
- Ensures the EHS compliance (Zero deviation), reports and anticipates issues
- Manages the T&C team: ensures EHS on field with guidance and support from the Project team member in charge of Project EHS coordination, trains and supports people in T&C activities and participates to Subsystem Leader, Engineer and Technician assessment of competency
- Manages the tools and organize accurate calibration
- Anticipates issues and reports / alerts on a regular basis to the RC TCM and to the PM on progress, issues and risks on the project (EHS, T&C work, System delivery )
- Ensures that all design related issues are correctly reported in the adequate tools, including the defect description and associated test context
- Monitors/manages QCD performance delivery (including EHS and Railway safety) of the work package T&C as per customer and solution / system requirements
- Issues the REX on T&C activities, and propose update / improvement of the T&C way of working / process / tools and the T&C Reference Library to optimize T&C performance

- Master's degree in engineering (preferably electronics or embedded systems) or equivalent experience.
- Good knowledge of English language (read, written, spoken)
- Any other additional language is an asset
- More than 5 years of experience in T&C or V&V activities for signaling projects
- Experience of management by Quality, Cost and Delivery objectives
- Deep knowledge of multiple subsystems + system global view
- Interface with customer or partners and internally V&V, Design, Installation stakeholders
- Experience managing projetcs from T&C point of view
- Experience managing resoruces in projects of T&C
- Desirable Previous team management experiences
- Desirable Knowledge of ALSTOM rules and processes
- Desirable Quality, EHS and Railway safety knowledge
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills to fulfil the role of interface manager toward both customers and partners
- Able to manage multiple teams in parallel
- Quality-focused, rigorous, team-player
- Flexibility and mobility, available for short or long mission in different locations and countries
- Available to work on field also for night shifts
- Resilience, with an analytic way of thinking in order to solve complex system failures
- Customer satisfaction and results orientated
- Ability to use new technologies and tools
- Driving license
