**Main Activities and Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive sustainability strategy aligned with organizational goals, including identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and track sustainability initiatives;
- Stay updated on environmental regulations and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure organizational compliance.;
- Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to raise awareness and support for sustainability initiatives, and fostering relationships with community partners, NGOs, and regulatory bodies;
- Assess environmental impact of organizational activities and implement measures to minimize footprint;
- Identify opportunities to enhance resource efficiency and minimize waste, implementing programs to optimize energy, water, and material usage;
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee understanding of sustainability goals and promote a culture of sustainability throughout the organization;
- Collaborate with suppliers to promote sustainable practices and select environmentally responsible suppliers;
- Prepare and publish sustainability reports, and maintain accurate records of sustainability initiatives and performance;
- Research and recommend innovative technologies and practices to enhance sustainability efforts, while staying informed about industry best practices and emerging trends;
- Integrate sustainability across various business areas and provide guidance on sustainable decision-making processes.

**We are looking for**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Sciences, Sustainability, Business Administration, or Engineering;
- Proven experience in a sustainability-focused role;
- Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and best practices;
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills;
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and use data to drive sustainability initiatives;
- Industry experience will be a plus.
