**Your contribution to something big**:
**Sales and Marketing Excellence** is a department of Bosch Building Technologies with a direct reporting line to the CEO. Target of the project is the implementation of performance excellence initiatives in sales & marketing. A powerful CRM is therefore a key strategic topic.

We are therefore looking for a Process and Product Owner Lead-to-Order to drive a holistic CRM business strategy and the implementation of a new CRM and quote tool:

- You are the process owner of the lead-to-order process. Therefore, you keep a close eye on process governance, and you ensure that all defined processes are supporting the sales & marketing strategy as well as compliance regulations.
- You are the product owner of the new CRM tool, SAP CX and you make sure key business requirements are met through structured and constant feedback of business stakeholders.
- In close cooperation with business experts, sales leadership, the sales force as well as experienced business consultants & developers from Bosch you will design international process standards and KPIs.
- You ensure the project’s success by defining training plans, by creating user friendly documentation and usage guide and by building up a strong network of key users that are true change agents.
- You will be part of a motivated, experienced international and interdisciplinary team and work closely with our IT department.

**Qualifications**:
**What distinguishes you**:

- ** Education**: degree in business administration or comparable education
- ** Personality**: self-driven and proactive, entrepreneurial thinking, convincing and resilient
- ** Working style**: strong creative drive, goal and result orientation, problem solving skills and excellent negotiation skills
- Experience in supporting Sales Steering and Sales Management
- ** Experience and Know-how**: comprehensive know-how Cloud CRM covering Sales, Marketing and After Sales (for example in Sales Force / MS 365 / C4C)
- Several years of CRM project experience, preferably in a large international organization
- ** Languages**: Business fluent in English, German would be a plus combined with excellent communication skills
- Comprehensive know how of sales / service processes
- Willingness to travel internationally (25%)
