Operational Customer Master Data Steward

Job Description

This role is responsible for the operational customer master data tickets and for supporting with data maintenance for the initiatives that are led by the Domain Steward. The work includes the creation, maintenance and termination of reseller and distributor data fields in SAP. Customer data ensures that sales can transact via EDI or the reseller portal and is used to maintain contracts in SAP CRM.

This is a service organization dedicated to the maintenance and curation of Master Data and Data Governance oversight. This is a global role, that will be responsible for Europe, APAC, and The Americas.

The focus of this role includes:

- Accurate and on-time completion of tickets submitted via The Service Hub
- Creating, maintaining, and terminating the following master data:
o Sold-tos, Ship-tos, Storefronts, Bill-tos and payers

o Name, address, contact information

o Outputs (notification) conditions

o Delivery conditions

o Bank details

o Termination blocks and flags

o Employee and accounts relationships to customers

o Other related data
- Adhering and auditing work to policies and legal requirements
- Documenting SOPs and customer specific data requirements
- Supporting the Contract, Pricing, Portal and Sell though data steward on customer data topics and projects.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

A Strong Background in Microsoft Office (Excel focus), and some background in data analytics. Has great Organisational and Time Management Skills.

Preferred Skills

SAP experience, ITSM experience, Data entry
