Sie arbeiten an der Bearbeitung von Fehlern und Problemen, die während des Entwicklungsprozesses auftreten, stellen sicher, dass diese an die entsprechenden Abteilungen und Partner weitergeleitet werden und überwachen Updates bis zur Implementierung von Lösungen.
Aufgaben
\ > Proaktive Analyse von auftretenden Fehlern und Problemen in Entwicklungsabteilungen
\ > Erstellung von Dokumenten wie Quick-Start-Guides, Richtlinien etc.
\ > Ausarbeitung von Prozessen für die reibungslose Bearbeitung von Tickets
\ > Überwachung und Berichterstattung an die wichtigsten Stakeholder
\ > Verfolgung kritischer Probleme und Sicherstellung der rechtzeitigen Beseitigung von Fehlern
Qualifikation
\ > Hochschulabschluss in einem technischen Studiengang von Vorteil
\ > Erfahrung im IT- oder technischen Support und in der Ticketbearbeitung
\ > Technische Kompetenz und die Fähigkeit, eine Vielzahl von Systemen mit Abhängigkeiten zu verstehen
\ > Kenntnisse in JIRA, Confluence, PowerBI oder SAP Business Object von Vorteil
\ > Fließende Englischkenntnisse
\ > Fließende Deutschkenntnisse sind ein Muss
