**Who You Are**:
You are the key person to find and team up with new stores for Tagpeak. You're good at seeing opportunities and making connections. If you like starting conversations and making deals, join us

**Your Job**:

- **Develop New Partnerships**: Look for and secure deals with stores that match what Tagpeak is all about.
- **Plan Strategies**: Come up with plans to get more stores interested in working with us.
- **Make the First Move**: Reach out to potential partners and prepare the ground for successful deals.
- **Work Together**: Make sure new partnerships blend smoothly with our team’s efforts.

**What You Need**:

- A proven track record in partnership development or sales, with experience in building and managing a pipeline of prospects.
- Strong strategic planning skills, with the ability to devise and execute effective outbound and inbound strategies.
- Exceptional communication skills, both for initiating contact with new prospects and for working internally with our team.
- An innovative mindset, always looking for creative ways to engage and attract potential partners.
- English proficiency
