**The Role**

As the Head of Project Management, you will lead our talented project management team to oversee Itim’s entire project portfolio. Your strategic vision and leadership will be crucial in steering complex projects from conception to delivery, ensuring that we exceed our client expectations and maintain our market-leading position.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement project management strategies that align with Itim’s business goals.
- Lead and mentor the project management team to ensure top performance and professional growth.
- Oversee the successful delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and excellence in our projects.
- Serve as a key member of the leadership team, contributing to broader strategic planning and decision-making.

**Qualifications**
- Proven leadership experience in project management, not necessarily within the software or retail industry.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with a knack for B2B customer relations and a proven track record of managing complex client portfolios.
- Demonstrated expertise in engaging directly with B2B customers, understanding their needs, and fostering strong, lasting professional relationships.
- Ability to manage a diverse and geographically dispersed team.
- Full Professional Proficiency in English.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2) are desirable.
