**What will you do in Selectra as a Real Estate Partnerships Manager?**

We are looking for a Partnerships Manager, responsible for establishing and maintaining collaborations with Real Estate agencies, in Lisbon. Your main goal is to make sure Selectra provides its clients a high-quality service and ensure a greater security for agents, in the process of renting / buying a property. To achieve this, your main tasks are:
➔ Identify and contact agencies and professionals in the sector, such as Real Estate agents, condominium administrators, and independent advisors, among others;
➔ Sign collaboration contracts with Real Estate agencies, establishing commercial agreements that will allow the transmission of qualified leads to Selectra;
➔ Keep the database (of contacted real estate professionals and agencies) up-to-date, ensuring regular and personalized follow-up of each established partnership;
➔ Follow up on active partnerships, to maximize the quantity and transmission of leads;
➔ Close agreements with as many Real Estate agents as possible;
➔ Provide customer service, through different communication channels;
➔ Report monthly results, including number of leads received, processed and converted, commissions paid to and received, by Selectra's partner agencies.**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Excellent Communication and Persuasion skills.
- Adaptability and Dynamism;
- Involvement and Commitment;
- Results-oriented;
- Fluent in English, Spanish proficiency valued;
- Perfect knowledge of the city of Lisbon;
- Previous experience in the Real Estate and/or commercial area (non-eliminatory factor).
