**What does your day-to-day in this role look like**:

- Payment Processing: Manage weekly payment cycles, reconcile transactions, and ensure accurate and prompt fund disbursement
- Vendor Management: Facilitate vendor communication, maintain strong relationships, and collaborate on resolving payment and procurement issues
- Expense Reports: Conduct reviews and process employee expense reports while ensuring adherence to company policies and accurate reconciliation of expenses
- Record keeping and Reporting: Maintain precise accounts payable records, regularly report on payment statuses and trends, and support both closing activities and finance process enhancements
- Requirements_

**What do you need to be successful at this job?**
- bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field preferred
- 2+ years of relevant experience in accounts receivable or finance
- Proficiency in Italian (Minimum B2) and English (B2)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
- Proactive problem solver with a can-do attitude
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
