A Direção Melhoria Continua Risco e Compliance (DMC) da EDP Global Solutions SA, que tem como missão coordenar transversalmente as atividades relacionadas com Melhoria Contínua, Risco e Compliance, assegurando a integridade e o desenvolvimento da empresa bem como monitorizar iniciativas, indicadores e ferramentas que potenciem a experiência do cliente, colaboradores EDP e parceiros. Pretende recrutar um(a)

Risk and Compliance Specialist.

Descritivo de funções:

- Participar e desenvolver projetos relacionados com a gestão de risco de contrapartes;
- Analisar pedidos de diferentes contrapartes e garantir que os assessments e validações correspondentes são concluídas dentro do SLA acordado;
- Realizar as atividades diárias relativas à validação e monitorização de diferentes contrapartes, triagem de sanções, noticias adversas e processos judiciais, verificação de documentos e análise de falsos positivos;
- Analisar perfis, estruturas organizacionais, relacionamentos e documentação, através de pesquisas investigativas de diferentes fontes de informação sendo capaz de extrair das mesmas dados significativos, precisos e confiáveis;
- Identificar ações de melhoria nos procedimentos implementados, aportando valor para os nossos clientes e empresa;
- Auxiliar a equipa com análises de dados e relatórios, fornecendo insights e recomendações para melhorar os processos existentes;
- Ser um ponto-chave de contato com o cliente interno para questões relacionadas com a gestão de risco de contrapartes;
- Suportar outras iniciativas ou projetos relacionados com Compliance e Melhoria Contínua, quando e conforme necessário.

Que tipo de perfil procuramos?
- Licenciatura/Mestrado em Mestrado em Gestão ou Economia ou outra desde que possua experiência profissional relevante para a função;
- Experiência profissional até 3 anos em Compliance/ Integrity Due Diligence / Auditoria com um forte foco em riscos e controlos relacionados com contrapartes;
- Valoriza-se:
style="list-style-type:circle"
- Bons níveis de inglês;
- Experiência de operação, cumprimento de SLA's e satisfação do cliente;
- Capacidade analítica, julgamento profissional e capacidade de gestão de tempo/prioridades;
- Espírito de equipa e foco no cliente interno;
- Domínio Microsoft Office 365.
