**A sua nova função**

Com reporte ao Diretor Geral terá como responsabilidades:

- Organização e gestão de congressos;
- Verificar o pagamento das quotas, datas de congressos, envio de canetas e agendas;
- Irá estabelecer o contacto com o Infarmed e realizar os reportes internos e externos;
- Irá dar suporte ao Diretor Geral e à Diretora Financeira com o agendamento das viagens, coordenação de tarefas de escritório, organização de salas de reuniões, suporte à equipa de vendas, realização de brochuras e catálogos. Gestão de formação, organização de salas) e suporte

**O que necessita para ser bem sucedido**

Procuramos um profissional com o 12º ano ou Licenciatura em Marketing, Vendas, Comunicação ou Gestão, experiência em funções semelhantes. Terá contacto internacional e receberá material técnico em Inglês, pelo que terá que ter bons conhecimentos em Inglês (B2). Será valorizada a experiência no setor da saúde. São importantes qualidades como versatilidade, boa capacidade de comunicação e boa capacidade analítica.

Projeto interino de 6 meses com possibilidade de integração e progressão. O trabalho é presencial e ao longo do tempo poderá ter 1 dia de teletrabalho por semana. Terá formação em SAP a nível interno.
